Brothers,
As per the Grand Lodge of Kentucky guidance on conducting meetings safely, the below guidelines will be put in place immediately, and stay in effect until at least the end of August...
#1: Stated Meetings will only occur on the 4th Thursday of each month, starting on August 27th.
#2: The requirement that officers wear a coat and tie has been suspended. Officer attire will be business casual.
#3: Officer Jewels and Aprons will not be worn due to difficulty with washing/sanitizing.
#4: There will be no meals.
#5: Attendance at a meeting will require both a body temperature check and that the member wears a mask at all times.
#6: If you (or a member of your household) have been ill in the last 7 days, please do not come to the meeting.
